Girls & Dresses | Dot Dot Smile

Girls and dresses. They kind of just go together, right? We're fully submerged in the girl world over here and even though we recently added a little brother to the mix, our lives are still very much filled with different shades of pink and daily emotional rollercoasters thanks to these sweet sister girls of mine.

We were recently introduced to Kayla and Dot Dot Smile and when I told the kids that they were going to get to try out the most fun and twirly dresses in all the land, their girly hearts rejoiced. They were so excited!

Gracyn will pick out her clothes each morning and more often than not, she'll come down wearing one of her dresses or skirts. A few times now she's really taken her outfit seriously and we end up with quite the ensemble....

...really. That was her outfit of choice one day. Thick tights on a 90+ degree day.

I don't have the heart (or the energy, honestly...) to advise of any changes so we'll normally just roll with it.  Freedom of expression or something like that. Leighton likes to follow suit and chooses a dress if sissy is wearing a dress.

Adding a few dresses from Dot Dot Smile to their wardrobe was a no-brainer! This was the first I had heard of Dot Dot Smile. My first thought was that it seemed similar to Lularoe but specifically for little girls (and soon to be boys with their boys line!) with the soft fabrics and fun prints.

Kayla mentioned they were "twirly" and she wasn't lying! And side note - Gracyn took her twirling very, very seriously. She would violently whip her body around and end up falling into the wall so I had to remind her to slow it down a bit. Mostly so I could snap some pictures and also so she didn't get a concussion in the process...

There are three different styles to choose from. Gracyn is wearing the ballerina style (size 5/6) with longer sleeves and cross detail in the back. Leighton is wearing the classic cap style in size 3/4. There is also a tank dress available. All dresses are $34 and come in tons of fun patterns.

Kayla sells online via Facebook, Instagram and if you're local to Kansas City, she can sell in-person at various vendor events and in-home parties and play-dates! Contact her here if you're interested in learning more! She mentioned that they'll be releasing leggings and shorts soon, too!

Follow along with Kayla on social media (Facebook & Instagram) see her inventory and join her Facebook group to get in on the fun! Thank you, Kayla, for sending the girls these dresses! I'm sure they'll be twirling for the foreseeable future!
