Baker is our third baby, born in August 2017. We found out mid-way through my pregnancy that he had a congenital heart defect and would most likely be born with Down syndrome. The news completely rocked our world but we're so thankful to have this boy as part of our family and even more grateful that he's growing well and thriving here at home!
